Elle abroge la d\u00e9cision n\u00b0140.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Autorisation sp\u00e9ciale d\u2019absence pour d\u00e9c\u00e8s d\u2019un enfant<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dur\u00e9e<\/strong> : 12 jours ouvrables port\u00e9e \u00e0 14 jours si l\u2019enfant avait moins de 25 ans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Autorisation d\u2019absence du conjoint salari\u00e9 pour examens m\u00e9dicaux obligatoires<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires :<ul><li>Le conjoint salari\u00e9 de la femme enceinte,<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ou le conjoint\/partenaire (PACS ou vie maritale) d\u2019une personne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une assistance m\u00e9dicale \u00e0 la procr\u00e9ation (AMP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Objet<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>: Absence autoris\u00e9e pour accompagner la personne \u00e0 <strong>3 examens<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong>m\u00e9dicaux obligatoires<\/strong> ou actes m\u00e9dicaux n\u00e9cessaires dans le cadre d\u2019un protocole d\u2019AMP (maximum).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Retraite progressive \u2013 crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9ligibilit\u00e9<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>La retraite progressive permet \u00e0 un agent, \u00e0 l\u2019approche de la retraite, de :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>R\u00e9duire son temps de travail (activit\u00e9 \u00e0 temps partiel de 40 % \u00e0 80 % d\u2019un temps complet),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cumuler r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et fraction de pension de retraite,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuer \u00e0 cotiser \u00e0 la retraite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conditions d\u2019ouverture<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>\u00catre \u00e2g\u00e9 d\u2019au moins 60 ans,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Justifier de <strong>150 trimestres<\/strong> d\u2019assurance et p\u00e9riodes reconnues \u00e9quivalentes aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une ou plusieurs caisses de retraite de base,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercer une activit\u00e9 \u00e0 temps partiel comprise entre 40 % et 80 % d\u2019un temps complet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&gt; <a href=\"https:\/\/prod-new.intermede2.energie-info.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Decision-143-CGE-et-de-recrutement-signee.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger la nouvelle d\u00e9cision n\u00b0143<\/a> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une nouvelle d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e concernant la mise \u00e0 jour des conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d\u2019emploi.
